Once again, the mother-in law gave me this from her grocery distribution warehouse. It’s Angus beef. Was told I could trim some fat cut it up into steaks.
Friends birthday is tomorrow, it’s already defrosted in the fridge, we were thinking of cutting thinner slices to make like a Carne Asada
So once again asking you Meat Masters on here what cut this, can I make Carne Asada out of it, and any other advice and suggestions cause I can for sure make a few different meals out of this! Can’t wait to hear what y’all say!
