I recently got some bad news about my health and I am beginning to eat a bit healthier. Not going to stop eating meat, but probably less of it and better quality. I have never really thought about where my meat comes from, but I would like to learn more about what makes āgood meatā from locally sourced places and where to find said places. how to look for places that sell meat that is grass-fed (maybe? Idk) this is literally my first step at all of this, so I figured Iād go to the source- meat eaters of Reddit, to get some info on ābetterā meat. I guess I should be asking if Iām over-thinking it too? Should I just continue to get meat from big names like Purdue and Tyson? Not trying to start a debate, just looking at how others may approach this regularly. This isnāt a moral decision, even though I know thatās part of peopleās complaints. I just want to eat healthier.
