Is there any better taste difference for prime black angus beef that say my regular butcher’s meat?

So I found this butchery with prime black angus beef, specifically prime ground brisket Patties for burgers, but it’s $17/lb and I don’t know if it’s worth it. I tried other ground beef and it wasn’t black angus or prime and it tasted basic and I want something better.
