Post Body

I need help putting together some sort of meal plan on a budget. Im currently working full time and ill be starting college full-time next week and I don't even know where to start. I'm not super picky, just no onions or dairy. Any meal suggestions or planning suggestions would be greatly appreciated

have you tried any food pantries near you? some can be very generous, but if not they can offer baseline essentials like dried foods (rice, beans, etc). when i was in college i lived off the sale items at grocery stores…especially meats on sale. If you buy frozen chicken breasts, that’s at least 5 solid dinners. Here are my staples: rice, beans, frozen vegetables, 1-2 proteins (ground beef, chicken), 1 tub of yogurt (can marinate the chicken in it and eat it for breakfast), oatmeal, potatoes.
