Single serving meal delivery questions

Looking for a service that send single servings with special diet considerations. Suggestions?
I am hosting a retreat and need to accommodate some folks with special dietary needs. (They will be cooking themselves, but we are supplying the food.)
Looked and sunbasket, and it was almost there, but the ready meals aren't restricted enough, and the dinners are all two servings. I don't like that most other places make you pay before you can see what is offered (unless I am looking wrong).
