So I have made a few decent batches of traditional mead. I've never used campden tablets never seen the use with traditional. But I am planning on making my first batch with berries (black berries bought today from the grocery store, the kind in the little plastic containers.) So my questions is do I need them for making black berry mead, using these berries? I have the tablets lets on order from amazon should be here by Thursday. I'm just trying to figure out if I need to wait till they come in before I start this batch.
