I am planning on doing a vid on Polish meads, specifically dwoj and troj styles and the pros and cons of sugar inversion like is common in that style commercially and historically, and then doing a side by side inverted and unheated with an otherwise matching recipe.
If this is something people would like I think this would be a lovely monthly challenge. I was assuming a fruit or something to go with it, and we could maybe do a strawpoll on that if people wanted to all do the same fruit.
I have blackcurrents and raspberries on hand, both with are good for combatting the typical FG of Polish style meads, so those would be my choices.
A relatively complete list is here.
