I'm new to making mead. I just backsweetened my first brew which came out super dry. It was below .1 when it finished and someone on here helped me make out that it was .0996. How can I read this? I'm still not sure how to calculate it. I know it's .40 but the second number is 10 so I'm confused 😠Please help - thanks!
