Back sweeting mead flavor
Post Body

I was wondering, would it be fine to use a generic wildflower honey for the fermentation then use different types of honey flavors for back sweeting. I was thinking that the flavor notes from the back sweetened honey would be able to be tasted in the mead or will the flavor from the wildflower mead over power the flavored back sweetened honey flavor. For example back sweeting with orange blossom or lavender honey.
