Gonna be starting my first batch this weekend. Only problem is I don't have any star san for sanitizing, now I've heard you can dilute bleach or use vinegar for the same effect. I've also heard you can use everclear but I don't have any. What are some things everyone's used instead of star san? I'm gonna be making just a plain simple honey mead for my first.
