So the stuff I bottled last time was apple cinnamon.

This is straight honey.

As I said before with a typo on my starting gravity, I don’t have accurate readings.

But I used 15lbs blackberry honey, 5 gal water, red star blanc yeast, hit it with nutrients and energizer.

And after all the final steps. This is some of the product

The clarity on this half the batch is way better than the apple cinnamon stuff. But I’m thinking that may just be due to the cinnamon? Idk.
