So I was speaking to a beekeeper recently when I was buying some honey. The beekeeper was selling honey in 2 lb jars that contained 24 fluid ounces.
Now I’ve always understood 1 lb to equal 16 ounces. When I’ve been brewing I’ve always weighed out my honey by pounds according to the scale my fermenter is on.
I guess this is just a long way of asking how many ounces is in a pound of honey?
