So the wife wanted to do an apple cinnamon cyser. Not sure what’s formed at the top of the carboy. It almost looks like the cinnamon sticks have disintegrated and formed at the top. Recipe: 2 lbs Wildflower honey 3 liters Tree Top fresh pressed apple juice 8 oz Black yea 2 Cinnamon sticks 3 Whole cloves
Our question is, does whatever this is at the top need to be punched down so that the must can “breathe”?
