Question about racking to secondary

Hey guys! I've posted my first batch here before and just have a question about hydrometer readings and racking to secondary...

Started my batch on 10-3-23 and had a OG Reading of either 1.182 or 1.082, not quite sure I read it correctly the first time I did this lol. Then I took my secondary reading last week and it was at 0.996. Took a third reading today and it was at 0.994.

My question is, is that enough of a change to keep it in primary fermentation??
