Two different bottles from the same batch. These are bottles 2 and 3 from my first ever attempt. The first bottle has these tendrils. The second bottle has sediment. The batch had previously been cold crashed and stabilized with Potassium Sorbate and Potassium Metabisulphite. The very first bottle came out clear without any tendrils or sediment. In fact it won judges choice at The Sunk’n Norwegian mead competition at Wasteland Weekend 23.
