I may have developed a problem. I built a massive shelf to put my brews on and then felt the need to fill it up.
In either secondary or primary, I’ve got an acacia traditional, two different lavender honey traditionals (one a French honey and one Spanish), a banana melomel, a peach melomel, a blueberry hibiscus rose hip mead, a tropical mixed fruit melomel, a blueberry melomel, cranberry melomel, apple pineapple lemongrass mead, and a carrot mead.
I’ve bottled 11 other flavors this year so far and I’m getting ready to start an apple blossom traditional and a rapeseed traditional as they are honeys local to where I’m living. I want to try a bochet soon too.
So… what’s on your brew shelf? Maybe you can give me some inspiration! I don’t shy away from strange ones. I’ve done the beetroot mead, coffee, and a lactomel.
