I had a coworker where I explained to her that nearly every slice of cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory is over 1000 calories. I bought one a while back and actually cut it into 4 pieces, ate it over the course of a week.
As I’ve gotten older I’ve become more careful when I eat out because meals nearly anywhere are over your entire allotment of calories for the day.
Went out with a friend to Chilis and I think their meal was something ridiculous like 2600 calories.
