Thanks guys for the good times
Post Body

Hey everyone. For the next few revs, I will step aside from Minecraft. I have had a good time on this server and it has helped me grow as a person. I hope some of you enjoy the story I had on all the servers (I know this is a giant block of text).

I started in Rev 4, but I didn’t play much. I really started in Rev 7. Back then, I wanted to build amusement parks and amusement parks only. I built one coaster outside of my house, but when I heard that thelethalkind was making an amusement park in Bromland, I had to move and build rides. Over the course of the rev, I built more and more rides until the park was full of my and other people’s creations. I didn’t do much during Revs 8, 9 & 10. In 9 and 10, I made another amusement park, but one that was nowhere near Bromland. I only remember making on a youtube video of the park in Rev 10.

In Rev 11, I decided to make my own town called Tellico. For the most part it was me building. I had tried desperately to get members. Looking back, I was probably a little too persistent. By the end of the rev, I had made something I was proud of; along with an amusement park. In Rev 12, I took on making the Santa Maria del Fiore in the giant alliance of Brom, Seneca, Endor and a few others. I built the cathedral in the outskirts of the claimed area; and over the rev, I slowly built it. Though there was enough time to finish it, I got caught up in stuff outside of Minecraft and was unable to finish it. I remember being disappointed with myself and I wanting to build it again. In Rev 13, I wanted to bring back Tellico. I remember making lots of skyscrapers, but the town never having the same feel the other had. I was discontent with my town, so I joined Seneca and built a house and tried to make an amusement park, but the rev had ended.

In Rev 14, I built with Seneca again, but I witnessed the downfall of Seneca. Most of the time, I was building by myself. So when I left a town that didn’t have much activity to go to one with activity and then that one fell into inactivity, I was left wondering what I should do. I remember staying with Seneca with another rev before joining JustChaos in a town. It was nice being back in a small town with some activity. In Rev 17, I joined White Oak and built my own castle on the banks of a lake. I wasn’t able to finish the castle, but I remember it being fun to make.

In Rev 18, I joined Bluuefuzzy to make a port town called Blackpool. But Bluue made an awesome town hall, while I made some markets beside it and a harbor. In the next rev I decided to join Solace. My contribution to the town was making tiered levels for houses to be built on them. That rev, I met a lot of new people I hadn’t talked to before like zbur, ghrey, robr and SirLyle. From that time on, I felt like I found a group to be with, in addition to Bluue. Rev 20 was probably one of my favorite revs because lots of people were on in Solace and the aesthetically the best in my opinion. Building the horse track way north of Solace was also fun, along with hosting the race there. Toward the end of the rev, I tried to make a map world painting of the Matterhorn, but I wasn’t able to complete it.

In my last rev, Rev 21, I had a good time. In between the olympics, building in a theme that I sucked at and trying to have some closure before my departure, it was a good way to go out. It started with going north to Solace and building a storage area and some roads around Solace. I remember putting SirLyle to work by digging out a river. Thanks lyle. In the later part of the year, I joined Haven and had a good time with silver and bermuda. I had fun making houses that I wouldn't finish, so bermuda had to pick up what I started. By November, I was ready to begin my last project for the server. I was trying to get closure by completing the project I cared most about: the Santa Maria del Fiore. I started design and eventually get a schematic of the building. I cleared an area and began construction the cathedral on November 11th. Over the next two weeks I got most of the exterior done. I still had to design the dome of it and before the new year, I was able to finish the dome. I still had to design and build the interior. I slowly got the aisle done and still had to get the bays and interior dome done with little time left. During the zombie apocalypse, I lit the entire cathedral up to stop the spawning of zombies, just so I could work on it. I was able to get the interior dome, most of the bays and almost all of the floor done before the cathedral was blown up by TNT. I wasn't able to get a screenshot of the interior complete before it was blown up. This concludes the story of my experiences on this server. Thank you all for being there for me. If you read through this point then good job!

Here's a collection of photos I've taken over the years. Some photos are lost because I didn't back them up and my computer broke.
