Hello, all!

This is to advise those who presently build (or intend to build) in the Whiteoak area of planned rail lines related to the noRTh system. I would respectfully ask that these general rights-of-way be kept open until the framework is constructed.

EDIT: Here is an updated concept with a more optimized layout, albeit still tentative on CARBON line location, and the red line will almost certainly run further North before turning Westward.

As always, I will happily field any questions. Also, the Whiteoak Regional Office is nearly complete and I'll soon be installing donation chests there in case anybody feels generous.
