[1.16.5] Any mods laterally extend the bookshelf limit for enchanting tables?

Quark allows making more bookshelves count for enchanting, but it doesn't actually extend the height bookshelves can be at but still count
so if you make the max 33 , it's physically impossible to achieve that
Any Forge mods change that? I know of Limitless for Fabric- so if you came to this as a Fabric user looking for an answer, go to Limitless!
