As the title says, is it possible to see someone at a clsc if you don't have ramq? I do have bluecross insurance, and can pay upfront and be reimbursed, but I'm not sure if they see people without quebec healthcare. I'm graduating this semester, so I'm going to be in that period of not being able to access the wellness hub, but not yet having ramq (and probably won't for 4-6 months). I need to find another psychiatrist and my current psych suggested going there so that I could start the process of getting an appointment with someone. Thanks in advance!
