Transfer Credit - Grades Missing

Hey, I recently completed an Approved Independent Study Away this summer and had the transcript sent to McGill a few weeks ago but my transcript has still not been updated to reflect this. This is worrying because this is my last year at McGill and I need my transcript updated in order for me to apply for graduation as these missing credits are keeping me from having U3 distinction which I need in order to apply for graduation. Is waiting this long normal or should I worry?
