I came into McGill with AP credit but not enough to be U1 so for my first semester I was U0 but for my second semester I was U1. At the moment I have 48 credits and should have 51 when grades are finalized. I thought I would be a U2 student next semester, but Minerva still recognizes me as U1 for both semesters next year. I've tried contacting both my department and Service Point and got two contradictory answers. I'm hung up on this classification because I want to graduate in 3 years and need to be U3 by my third year, but this may be compromised because of this dilemma. Does anyone else have a similar issue or any insight?
