Something I've noticed as an INTJ is that when I feel something is unimportant I literally completely forget about it. This has been a problem recently since a lot of the little things I need to do (turn off the garden hose, do homework, put the milk jug away) has been completely slipping my mind. This could very well have nothing to do with my personality type and I could just be suffering from short term memory loss, but I'm figuring I'm stuck in an Ni-Fe loop where I'm just completely absorbed in my own reality and I forget to take care of things in the real world. It could also have to do with me constantly having my phone in my hand though. Who knows. Any suggestions to help me break out of my (theoretical) Ni-Fe loop?
