I’ve met and dated a few, and some of my struggles in each relationship has been with their persistent tendencies to numb or evade or deny that they’re sad, hurt, angry, etc, often with substances and sex, while trying to talk about their feelings can frequently be unproductive.
I want to better understand them, as it’s gotten to the point where I strongly refuse to bring any more XNFP’s into my life bc of how consistently I’ve been hurt by one bc of the decisions the make when they’re refusing to acknowledge their feelings.
Should I expect this from all XNFP’s? Do I only attract the unhealthy ones?
