At the moment, I think that popular understanding of Ti is inaccurate. At the moment, many of us tie Ti or Te to logic, which is inaccurate to what they is. As judging functions they are purely the assignment of desirability to an idea or action. Logic, in its purest form the process of taking premises and creating conclusions. Ok. Why does this delineation matter? Glad you asked! By clarifying these definitions it is revealed that feelers can be logical as well. Consider moral philosophy. An Fi user can have Fi values and use logic to thus create more values.
