Keolis looks really good right about now

It’s amazing how far things have come from 2015, when everyone wanted the contract terminated immediately. I wonder how much of that is getting the right people in to run it, and how much might be from institutional knowledge picked up from running CR for a decade. I know there was a deal that Keolis would not seek further extensions, but at this point I’d say extend the deal another few years.
In a perfect world CR would be run in-house, but after the T’s performance in the last year or so…
