Door lock passenger side 2021 cx5

Has anyone else experienced their passenger door lock not working with the key fob or button on the door handle? I had to physically lock it myself and unlock it. Even sitting on drivers side hitting the button did not work. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank y’all.
