I have had my 2017 Mazda3 Hatchback for a couple years with no issues. I bought it with around 32k miles on it, racked up to a little under 84k and I randomly had my air stop working completely. The first time it happened I just had to start driving and it was fine, but when it happened this time it never came back on. I can’t use hot or cold air, as nothing comes out the vents. Whenever I change it from fresh air to recirculating air it makes a vibrating sound, and same when I change from cold to hot. I’m not sure what the issue could be. Please help
