Sound issues in 2017 Mazda6 with Bose

I've been having sound issues lately with my Mazda. When a song that has piano in it is playing, some of the piano notes sound really badly distorted. A good example of a song that does this is Alpha by C418, the very first note is typically the pitch range that sounds the most distorted.

The distortion sounds the worst when I have the center speaker on, and is still there but not as bad when it's turned off.

Any idea what could be causing this? Could it be that one of the speakers is loose / there's some vibration issues going on?
