Bought a 2021 cx-5 gt

I’m concerned about the rust on the car here and there, for a car that is 3 years old this feels like a little too much. Should I be worried?

I don’t know much about cars. The fuel efficiency i currently get is like 9.5/100km. Is that considered normal/good:bad?.

And the touch functions rarely work.

I paid 27k CAD for it. It had 85k kms on it. Was it a good deal? Or should i go for the 2022 Camry SE with similar pricE AND 65k mileage.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
