CX5 infotainment issues

Ok so this year i bought my 2019 CX5(over the RAV4, Tuscon, and whatever lexus version is.) Anyways, it drives great love it seats are comfy(wish console sat higher), and the knob controlling infotainment is so gooood.

Alright so to the main issue......I'm having ridiculous issues with the touch screen, it keeps going to random settings and changes random settings or goes to random tabs like music, compass, etc. Basically i need to know if its covered under warrant as it only has 31,000 miles on it as of right now.
