Marinating the stump

So I didn't finish my Mission-style burrito tonight for the sole purpose of stump marinating. Once travel is safe again I'm going to take my dream trip to Northern CA- drink the Cabernet, see the Red Woods, eat the Dim Sum and burritos.
UPDATE: Ate it for breakfast. It was amazing. The rice had a different texture but still good.
Anyone else want to share their dream trips once the 'Rona is defeated?
