So I want to get a radical change in my body shape (from slim fit to quite toned) and I don't know where to begin. I'm looking for personal gym instructors, if possible around Curepipe, with experience who get help me achieve my goals (I don't even know the abc of gym work - but I run decently). I get the feeling that a lot of those don't know much on their field but if you folks could recommend someone you are familliar with, that would be great!
