28 y/o here. Need advice on how to get my life back on track. I've gone a decade without a job or an education due to severe abuse and mental health issues, despite being a straight A student in high school. I was not allowed to go for studies abroad despite it being a personal dream (and securing a scholarship).

I am finally coming to terms with lifelong trauma and depression, and actively trying to move past it.

I want to know the best options to study while working in Mauritius. (or even abroad)

What would you advise me to get into?

My interests are CINEMA/STEMs/CYBERSECURITY/TEACHING ENGLISH - but I am open to anything that would secure a good future ($$$) & moving abroad at some point

e.g currently looking at CompTIA. Thoughts?

Which institution/programme would you recommend? (Internationally recognized, ideally with some classroom teaching online)

How do I proceed?
