I recently watched all 3 films again while super high from edibles lol

So Morpheus tells us in the first film the year is closer to 2199 but we know this is false in the later films and is said to be closer to 2699 which I find to be mathematically wrong as well. Let me break down why. The INTJ in me is going wild because of how inaccurate the timelines are.

We find out that this is the sixth version of “The One” Neo which the previous 5 seem to be genetically identical to the sixth version (Keanu Reeves) so it’s my understanding that this is probably the 8th version of The Matrix?

Well anyway, he’s told that Zion has been wiped out 5 times now and this is the sixth Zion and that Neo must choose saving Trinity or choosing 16 females and 7 males (don’t know why it’s not 8 as the math there doesn’t look right unless Neo is the 8th male) to restart and repopulate Zion.

Zion’s population is 250,000 and we’ll say 10,000 are Red Pills and not natural born humans. It’s my understanding that Zion would take 1000 years or so to go from 23 individuals to 250,000? Not sure if my math is right but I know you can’t make 250,000 humans from 23 in just 100 years.

My guess is that the actual year on Earth is probably closer to 6,999 lol what’s your guess and how come the 23 remaining humans from the previous 5 Zion restarts never leave a history behind stating that Zion was wiped out and they’re the new generation?
