Would anyone be interested in a reading group on Topology, starting from scratch? We can begin reading from Munkres, or any other equivalent textbook. We can start off as a reading group on Topology, and eventually extend the server to be a place where like-minded people (interested in Topology and related stuff) can interact - ask and answer questions, and more!
I think a dedicated server for Topology would be helpful since it is an extremely vast field (Algebraic Topology, Differential Topology, Geometric Topology, etc., and applications). If members of the server get interested in particular subsets of topology, for eg. Knot Theory - the server would be a great place to form reading groups and/or get help while learning something new.
If you're interested or think this is a good idea - kindly upvote this post as an indicator of the same. If at least 7-8 people are interested, I can make a server and we'd be off to a good start. I'll make sure to post a non-expiring link so people can keep joining later as well.
Excited to see this materialize, and looking for an enthusiastic response!
P.S. I'm just a rising junior math undergrad, but this server can be of help to a wider audience (undergrads, grad students, etc.)!
