Why is it so uncomfortable for straight men to talk about masturbation and cumshots to their male friends?

Tbh I have noticed that straight guys feel so uncomfortable to talk about this. Like, even slight mentioning of it makes me feel weird. Ofc I know that it is intimate and private but it seems that they see it as something gay and that talking about that would make them gay. This is quite weird tbh. Why wouldn't we chat about it with our friends, like just talking, for fun, sharing experiences?
