For uncut men, how far can you pull the foreskin back when masturbating?

Just wondering because in porn or images, it looks like it can be pulled further down than mine can.
I can pull it down to just under the head when I’m hard but not further (because the frenulum stops it). It also doesn’t stay pulled back unless I’m holding it.
