Dragonmaids lucky/unlucky pulls + crafting question

I opened 20 packs of Dragon Luster and the only human form I got was Chamber. I get that rares, SR's and UR's are always going to be rarer than other cards. Still, is it normal to not pull this few of the main human forms? I only started playing yesterday so I'm not sure how all the pulls work. Am I better off just crafting them from here or should I try to open more?
