Is it just me or do these new packs just always give 3 free urs when you pull 10.

In the past 2 weeks I've saved up about 10k gems and spent them all for the new red eyes cards, chaos, Kash, etc. All 10 x10. I pulled 3 urs each time. Anyone else have this happen? Is this a bug or something?
