Hello!

I used to play the game on PC ( Steam), switched to mobile for the login rewards as I wanted to claim them while away. Here everything is fine.

Now, I downloaded the game on my series X in the living room to play solo and chill , and it showed me the message in that picture. I already have a Konami ID /account and I tried logging in and it gave me that error.

I honestly thought this game has cross-save/cross progression between different platforms including Xbox.

So can someone help me with this please 🥺?
