War assets bug?

Greetings,
I am experiencing a bug with the war assets mechanic, obvious spoilers follow.
I told the C-Sex officers to forget about small crimes, yet I get the penalty to CDF as if I told them to focus on small crimes.
Eve survived, yet the krogan forces aren't updated.
Kirrahe survived and pledged STG support, yet the STG war asset is never added.
There's probably some more I didn't directly notice, I think it's mostly related to updating of war assets, anyone know a fix?
