Is there a fanfic, or better, an official novel, covering Joker as the main character in Mass Effect 3 if Shepard dies in Mass Effect 2?

The worst outcome in the suicide mission of Mass Effect 2, as many of us know by now, is that everyone but Joker and Dr. Chakwas dies.
With the (permanent this time?) death of Shepard, the save can't be imported into Mass Effect 3.
So how would that play out? Surely someone must have written something playing out this scenario by now. If so, where can I find it?
