Me2 horizon fight on insane

Plz help idk what to do I'm getting owned on this fight I have jack and grunt pretty much get swarmed right away no med gels,cover is useless.i was going to cheese my way thru with sniper rifle until I realized I didn't bring it,I have no previous saves on the normandy.i got as far back as squad selection but can't go any further.any advice
