Bit confused on which Shep I’m importing into ME2

I have two saves, one I’m pretty sure from a year and a half ago, I just today finished a new play through of ME1. I finished at about level 28-29. My two imports into ME2 said level 53, and the other level 55. Which is my most recent save? I finish all side quests on that file so that’s the one I want to import.
