Can you upgrade from the standard version of ME3 to the Digital Deluxe version?

I already own a PC copy of ME3 on Origin and I was wondering if purchasing the Digital Deluxe edition would upgrade my existing copy or be a completely separate copy of the game. If not, is it worth buying if I already own most of the single-player DLC?
