DLC installation issue?

Install ME: Legendary Edition. So far, ME1 played great and looked great. ME2 is missing most of the cosmetic, weapons, and armor DLC that are supposed to be with it... As far as I can tell, the story DLC is there, just not the other stuff. I have the Arc Projector and Recon Hood and as far as I can tell one of the appearance packs. But everything else is missing. Solutions???
