We all know the benefits to a massage but on an even deeper level there is something about you’re emotional state of being that runs parallel with your physicality.
I truly enjoy getting to know the other person and what they are experiencing on all levels, my approach to massages is a mix of Swedish, deep tissue, myofacial release and through these deep, slower movements I can usually pinpoint areas where you might be holding on to stuff, (knots, stiffness, soreness, tightness) or points in you’re body that can hold energy or certain emotions and or feelings and through this they can be released and alleviated.
