I’ve recently doubled my workload and also can’t seem to get enough calories?

I work in a chain spa because it’s walking distance. I see 8 clients per day, 5 days/wk. I’ve always been ok with a handful of trail mix or protein bar or shake every other client and a small ish lunch. But that was when I was seeing 4-7 clients/day, 3-4 days/wk. Idk if it’s the increased workload and extra stress from being in a massage factory, but now I’m finding I’m very hungry. What and how often do other high volume therapists eat throughout their day?
